Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.

- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Free of stains, marks, or odors.
- Accompanied by original packaging.
- Functioning in brand-new condition
Non-Returnable Items
- End-of-serie sale items.
- Intimate apparel such as lingerie, swimwear, etc.
- Customized items.
Refunds
It could take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged, incorrect or displays manufacturing issues during it's guarantee period.
We will not accept returned packages if we are charged fees to accept them. We kindly ask to mark shipment as "returned goods" to avoid unnecessary fees. Please use a trackable shipping service to be able to have proof of your shipment

Exchanges
To request an exchange:
- Contact customer service by clicking here, with your order number and details of the desired item.
- Follow the return process for the original item.
- We will process the exchange and ship the new item upon receipt of the return. Price differences will be refunded to the original payment method.

We guarantee all our products. If there's a manufacturing flaw, we will cover return shipping and offer a refund or exchange. Contact us by clicking here within 14 days of delivery with details and photos of the product flaw.
