General Condition Guideline
You may only request a refund on purchases and orders of items that exhibit production flaws or have arrived damaged, we request that you supply video proof of the parcel before being opened.

You are entitled to an exchange to store credit or an item of the same value within the valid return period and only once the purchased product is returned and deemed to be in perfect condition by us.

Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns
Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Free of stains, marks, or odors.
Accompanied by original packaging.
Functioning in brand-new condition

Non-Returnable Items
End-of-serie sale items.
Intimate apparel such as lingerie, swimwear, etc.
Customized items.

Refunds
It could take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged, incorrect or displays manufacturing issues during it's guarantee period.
We will not accept returned packages if we are charged fees to accept them. We kindly ask to mark shipment as "returned goods" to avoid unnecessary fees. Please use a trackable shipping service to be able to have proof of your shipment

Exchanges
To request an exchange:
Contact customer service by clicking here, with your order number and details of the desired item.
Follow the return process for the original item.
We will process the exchange and ship the new item upon receipt of the return. Price differences will be refunded to the original payment method.

Product Guarantee
We guarantee all our products. If there's a manufacturing flaw, we will cover return shipping and offer a refund or exchange. Contact us by clicking here within 14 days of delivery with details and photos of the product flaw.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

IMPORT FEES

As all orders are currently shipped from Switzerland, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery by your country's customs services.
 
International countries may be subject to additional custom & import fees. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

While you await the arrival of your purchased goods, you can check the status of the package sent. The konig-geneva.com site is working together with Swiss Post.
